The Councilor for Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gómez, has attended the presentation of the book "Illustrated History of Murcia", illustrator-disseminator and creative director of the Murcia publishing house Pahu Ediciones, Pedro Hurtado.
A book that shows the history of Murcia in an integral way, from the first Argaric settlers of Monteagudo, to the present, passing through the very foundation of the city by Abderramán II, a fact that will mark the cornerstone of its historical journey.
All through dozens of illustrations, infographics and rigorous graphics, prepared by the author.
The book has been funded through a patronage campaign (Crowdfunding), with more than 80 microfinancers and with the collaboration of the Department of Education of the City of Murcia, the Juan de la Cierva Association and Monteagudo Frontera de Reinos.
