Among the measures to be implemented include the construction of sidewalks, renovation of existing ones, the tree pits and lampposts, as well as an improvement in the cleaning and collection of garbage.
The spokesman for Citizens, Mario Gómez, has denounced the abandonment of the Cabezo Cortado polygon, and has proposed to the local government a plan of action through the implementation of a set of corrective measures to halt its deterioration.
Among these measures, Gomez has listed, highlight a plan for the construction of new sidewalks;
the renovation of the existing sidewalks, of the tree-pits and the lampposts;
and an urgent start-up of the public cleaning service and garbage collection in the polygon.
In this sense, the Cs spokesman has stated that "it is not acceptable that these basic services have to be covered through private contracts by the entrepreneurs installed there."
For its part, the headman of El Puntal, Salvador Ros, has pointed out the need for the realization of a plan to modernize this space that is in a strategic situation;
and he has lamented "the sadness and impotence that supposes to see how it deteriorates at forced marches, without anyone doing anything".
"This situation of abandonment does not help to install new companies in the polygon, but quite the opposite.
The calvary and abandonment suffered by employers is causing more than a dozen companies have decided to move to other municipalities.
Something that a municipality can not afford ", lamented Ros.
"For this reason, from Cs we want to review all the existing information on the construction and opening of this polygon, in order to regularize the unjust situation suffered daily by employers who have located their workplace there and that contrasts with the privileged enclave that they enjoy ", has ended up affirming the orange spokesman, who has the intention of regularizing the situation denounced and ensure the basic municipal services.
