The Municipal Socialist Group has filed a motion to defend in the Plenary to ask the City Council to give instructions to municipal legal services so that recourse to the ruling that recognizes illegal transfer of a worker of the Ramón Gaya Museum is not filed.
In this regard, Councilor Begoña García Retegui clarifies that "in mid-January we learned of the sentence in which the City of Murcia was condemned to repair the damage caused, as well as compensation of 12,000 euros to a worker of the Museum Ramón Gaya, to understand the justice that had existed illegal cession of workers but this situation is not unique, since there are more workers of the Ramón Gaya Museum in a similar situation ".
Therefore, it also requires the government team to start a negotiation with the rest of the workers, and their legal representatives, in order to try to reach an agreement and minimize costs to this City Council resulting from convictions that may occur "
Likewise, it considers that the government team must initiate a file with the purpose of resolving the patrimonial responsibility deriving from the contract itself, from the mismanagement of the execution of this contract, and from the inaction of this municipality regarding the lifting of the repair.
