The councilor for Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage of the City of Murcia, Rafael Gómez, responded this morning to Sergio Ramos, councilor of Cambiemos Murcia, in relation to the alleged breach of the clauses included in the contract documents.
Rafael Gómez has denied that there has been any breach of the conditions, while denying that complaints or claims have been received from the company's workers.
"The transport company Lycar is the one that was responsible until last November for the transfer of children to the traffic playground and summer camps, without registering any anomaly or driving, or in terms of delays, or problems technicians, "the councilor detailed.
In relation to possible violations of labor rights of workers of the company, the Councilor for Education has said that "the employment relationship of Lycar with its workers belongs to the private sphere of the company and are the courts that must determine whether or not some irregularity occurs ".
