· The Cs spokesperson does not understand why the local government does not give any explanation to the affected workers who, worried about their situation, asked the City Council for information more than two months ago and nobody answers them
The spokesman for Citizens, Mario Gómez, has once again demanded Mayor Ballesta and his team to act with more rigor and transparency in the Intersa liquidation process that affects the JC1 sports complex.
"We have requested documentation of the file to analyze what is happening with this concessions;
and to date they still do not answer us, "said Gómez.
Thus, Gómez has referred to the fact that this same lack of rigor and clarity is the one that keeps on suspense the more than twenty workers of the JC1 sports complex managed by Intersa.
"More than two months ago, they asked the City Council for information on their situation, but nobody answered them, despite their logical work concern, having awarded JC1's management to a new company, following the liquidation of the previous Intersa bidder;
and not knowing what will happen to them, "said Gómez.
Reasonable doubts
Regarding this new award, the orange spokesman has shown his doubts: why allegedly rejected a first offer of more than € 12 M then talk and negotiate a second of € 2.8 M, finally, everything points to be will it be € 4.2M?
"I hope the local government will clarify it because I do not want to think that this price difference corresponds to a speculative process of municipal patrimony, carried out with the complicity of the members of the Governing Board, leaving in a total defenselessness, both to the municipal services as to the workers, since the rescue by the City Council of the service provided by Intersa did not take place ", concluded Gómez.
