A technical architect, a masonry foreman, 9 masonry officers and 3 gardening officers whose labor will be subsidized by the Employment and Training Service, will work on remodeling the square next to the Llano de Brujas Municipal Center and the area for children next to the Municipal Center of Santa Cruz
The Department of Modernization of the Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, directed by José Guillén, has approved the call for selection and subsequent employment of various professionals who will work on the remodeling of the square next to the Llano de Brujas Municipal Center, children's area next to the Municipal Center of Santa Cruz and renovation of alcorques in alignment.
These works will be developed by a technical architect, a masonry foreman, 9 masonry officers and 3 gardening officers whose labor will be subsidized by the Employment and Training Service.
In this way, the labor insertion of unemployed people or with difficulties of access to training and a job is promoted, while at the same time promoting green areas.
The requirements to access these positions are to be unemployed people, not employed and registered in the Employment Offices of the Regional Employment and Training Service and have the following official academic qualifications:
- For the position of Technical Architect: Rigger, Technical Architect or Degree in Building Engineering.
- For the post of Foreman: Higher Bachiller or equivalent.
- For the positions of Officers: Graduated in ESO or equivalent.
The selection process will consist of a practical test, in which applicants will have to solve one or several theoretical and / or practical assumptions related to the tasks of the position and specialty convened, and a personal interview on professional experience and adaptation to the position offered by the aspirants.
The works that will be carried out in these projects will consist, among others, in the removal of the existing games and remodeling of those that can be reused, the placement of the curb, the laying of paving stones, the execution of massifs with plantations, the painting of walls and scenarios and the spread of alberos.
The design will be aimed at improving accessibility, safety and generate uses for all ages, as well as a reduction in maintenance costs and improvement in ornate.
Thus, it is sought to carry out the necessary repairs to condition, adapt and renovate the children's spaces, pavements, and tree-pits of the Plaza together with Llano de Brujas Municipal Center and the arrangement of the children's area and gardening in front of the municipal center of Santa Cruz, and improvement in the paving of alcorques in alignments.
In these works will be invested 468,425 euros, of which a subsidy has been requested to the Employment and Training Service of 357,056 euros.
The term of execution of the works is of 9 months.
