During the same, UMU researchers will inform companies, professionals and other entities of the different lines of research they develop in relation to these areas.
Next February 8, the Social Center of the University of Murcia (UMU) will host a day in which will be announced the lines of work and research that are developed from this educational institution in relation to the sectors of physical activity, sports and other closely related areas.
With these conferences, will be valued research results and knowledge generated by teachers and researchers of the UMU in order that companies, professionals and other agents related to this sector can know how to benefit from this knowledge through different means of collaboration, which will also be exposed throughout the event.
The presentations that will be presented by researchers will have a varied thematic spectrum as they come from various scientific disciplines such as medicine, sports science, physics, biology, computers, education ... which gives the day a broad and complementary vision overall.
Methodologies for the evaluation of the perceived quality of sports services and events, opto-electronic technologies for the improvement of physical performance, new non-invasive techniques to measure the physical and mental stress of athletes, methodologies to improve the climate of coexistence and school performance Through sport, sports scouting using artificial vision techniques or techniques to measure how sleep cycles influence sports performance are just some of the proposals that attendees to this event can learn firsthand.
These presentations will be complemented with other conferences that address issues of great relevance in the sector such as the financing of R & D & I activities, tools to manage such innovations in companies and other entities or information on the keys and benefits of incorporating talent (doctors and university graduates) within these organizations.
