The University of Murcia (UMU), through the faculty of Veterinary, and the Canine Society of Murcia de San Antón will collaborate in the implementation of training and research activities, as reflected in the agreement that has been signed on Tuesday in the Convalecencia, headquarters of the Rector's Office.
The agreement has been signed by the rector, José Orihuela, and the president of the aforementioned Society, Alfonso Carlos Castells.
Both the rector and the dean of Veterinary, Gaspar Ros, have highlighted the importance of the agreement by allowing collaboration in training activities and, also, in the promotion of student practices.
The agreement will have a duration of two years, extendable.
The act of the signing was also attended by the vocal of the Canina Society Sonia Cruz and the director of the Veterinary Hospital of the UMU, Cándido Gutiérrez.
