The Municipal Socialist Group welcomes the Office of Suggestions and Claims to not leave without a single complaint or demand from the residents of the municipality, as explained by Councilman Enrique Ayuso, who chairs the Special Commission of Suggestions and Claims of the City Council of Murcia.

"We are convinced that the opening of the Claims Office is a very important step to achieve agile and quality care for our neighbors who, until now, presented their complaints to the Citizen Information and Telephone Attention service (through the registration , 010 or the TuMurcia application), but not all of them, since many of them were sent directly to the affected councils, so we did not know exactly the answers given, we want it to be improved, "explains Ayuso. who recognizes that the quality of an administration is based on the capacity for quick and useful response that is given to the citizen.

Also, the councilor says that "we will work for this Office to centralize the complaints and suggestions received, refer them to the corresponding services, follow the solution of them, answer the citizens about their demands and report promptly to the Commission on the state general of these claims with the firm intention that nobody remains without listening ".

In this regard, he recalled that "the dispersion of complaints could lead to different responses to citizens who complained about the same issue and could even be treated with different agility."

We must remember that at the first meeting of the Special Committee of Suggestions and Claims of the City of Murcia (December 19) "all political groups unanimously agreed to urge the government team to start, as it has done, the Office to have a prior professional and technical work, so that their recommendations are objectively substantiated and well documented ".

Enrique Ayuso adds that "it is essential not only the creation of this Office of Suggestions, but that it is properly equipped with human and material resources, of course, we would like it to have more personnel and dedicated exclusively to these tasks, something that we will demand to give quality care. "
