The Councilor for Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage has responded this morning to the "unfortunate statements" of the spokesperson of the Socialist Party in the City of Murcia, Susana Hernandez, on the resolution of the contract to build the Children's School of Our Lady of La Paz in this neighborhood of the city.
Gomez explained that the company awarded the contract for the works, Temporary Union of Companies (UTE) formed by Construcciones y Desarrollos Tudmir SL and Advance and Development of Works SL, resigned to carry them out before its start.
"Given this situation the City Council can not but settle the contract with this company, mandatory step before reassigning the works to another entity to start the construction of this educational center."
"The only thing that the words of Councilor Hernandez say is the absolute ignorance of how the hiring procedures are, in the case of knowing them, it would show the bad faith of the Socialist Party", concluded Rafael Gómez.
