The Department of Modernization of the Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, directed by José Guillén, has already completed the remodeling of planters and covering of children's games on the Avenue of Europe.
These works have allowed the rehabilitation and renovation of the green space of planters and create a shadow space on the boulevard this avenue, both for children who enjoy children's games and adults who use the areas of stay.
Thus, a shadow will be created on the benches of the eight planters through the pergolas of metallic structure for the support of climbing plants installed.
Under the 17 planters that are distributed throughout the avenue has also been placed a waterproof mesh to prevent leakage of water in the garages.
Among the species planted include bougainvillea, ficus benjamina and jasmine.
In addition, some pergolas-awnings have been installed, taking advantage of the existing reinforced concrete pillars for the placement of the posts that will hold the awnings that provide a surface to cover for children's games with rubber flooring of 117 square meters.
