'The PSOE could explain why what is useful for Cartagena is not valid for Murcia'
The councilor of Finance and Contracting, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, has explained once again that the problem arising from the specifications of the lighting contract 'is technical, not political', since they are the legal and contracting services of the City Council who warn that it is not feasible to include the subrogation clause of workers of the current company that provides service.
The warning is not new and the opposition groups know her because in repeated meetings, the technicians of Hiring, Personnel, Industrial Services and Legal Services have ratified the legal impossibility of including the subrogation clause of the template.
The City of Cartagena, governed by the PSOE, has not incorporated this condition in its bidding for this contract, taking into account its technical reports.
"They could explain why what is useful for Cartagena is not valid for Murcia," adds the councilor of Finance and Contracting.
Martínez-Oliva regretted that "despite knowing it, political groups prefer to do everything politics and despite all, not caring that they have to lie and cheat for it."
'Of course, we understand that the workers act in defense of their interests, but I have also told them that the responsibility of the Government Team is to approve a statement of agreement with the opinions of the municipal technical services that ensure compliance with current legislation ", Martínez-Oliva has finished.
