The City Council will demand from the Board of compensation of the partial plan of Nueva Condomina the execution of the entire agreement subscribed, including the construction of the 18-hole golf course, in addition to the pending urbanization works.
The valuation of these actions amounts to 19,437,000 euros, which represents almost 20% of the total, which amounts to 100 million euros.
This has been agreed today in the commission of Urbanism and Environment, which a few months ago had approved the start of the procedure for the declaration of non-compliance with the agreement signed between the City Council and Sports Management and Project (Desarrollos Nueva Condomina), Torre Alcayna and CF Real Murcia, in what refers to the obligation to build and deliver to the City Council a golf course.
This agreement was transferred to the representation or insolvency administration of Desarrollos Nueva Condomina and the commercial court, the compensation board of the partial plan, the property registry and the signatory entities of the agreement, which was granted a formality of hearing.
After the presentation of the relevant allegations by all interested parties, all the necessary reports have been issued to support the decision contained in the proposal.
The meeting of the Planning and Environment Commission held this morning has approved the conclusion of this default file and, since Desarrollos Nueva Condomina is in the liquidation phase, the obligation to demand compliance with the agreement lies with the compensation board .
From now on, the usual procedure foreseen in the legislation of the land will be followed in the case of the stoppage of urbanization works, which consists of requiring the completion of the works within the period considered necessary by the Urban Planning technical services and, in case if not carried out, the City would assume the subsidiary execution.
