The Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture has extended the collaboration agreement with the Association of Employers of the Industrial Park West Murcia (Asepio).

The objective is to implement as many actions as necessary to encourage the creation of employment, as well as the employment of unemployed people in the municipality of Murcia, also collaborating in the development of the Strategic Plan for Surveillance and Maintenance of the Polygon.

In this way, a subsidy of 60,000 euros is granted through which Asepio will advise and collaborate with the City in the promotion of employment from the facilities located in the municipality and will promote the work practices of the student body that is being trained in one of the dependent centers of the Employment Service, favoring their labor insertion.

In addition, the family and work-life balance of the workers of the Parque Empresarial Oeste will be strengthened through bonuses and services with the Infant School located in the polygon, and export will be promoted in companies through the Trade Point Region of Murcia, the Ibero-American Trade Observatory Exterior and the News Portal Marco Trade News.

For its part, the Employment Service of the City Council is committed to making available to Asepio the database of unemployed users for worker demands by the same and will participate with the human resources departments in the selection of personnel, in aspects such as sessions of interview techniques, job search, attitudes training, values, self-esteem, advertising ...

Through this agreement will collaborate in the design and implementation of specific training actions in those professional specialties in which a special difficulty is detected when it comes to meet the demand generated by the association.

Asepio is an association with great capacity in the employment of human resources and training needs for its employees, given the number of companies associated with it.

The West Industrial Estate, is by size and number of companies installed, which is the largest business concentration in the region of Murcia and one of the largest in Spain, so it is evident the strategic importance of this large area of ​​economic activity.
