The Governing Board has given its approval to two collaboration agreements with the Spanish Red Cross and the Association of Social Economy Companies in the Region of Murcia (Amusal) to carry out various actions to promote employment.
The agreement with the Spanish Red Cross will allow the development of projects 'Integral Itineraries with people of difficult insertion' and 'Bridges towards Employment: Itineraries for Equality', thanks to a grant of 20,546 euros, seeking to improve the possibilities of social integration of different collectives through their labor insertion.
Within the framework of this agreement, the City of Murcia undertakes, through the Employment Service, to authorize the free and temporary use by the Red Cross of the spaces appropriate to the development of the projects covered by this agreement.
On the other hand, the collaboration agreement with AMUSAL will make it possible to develop the project 'Entrepreneurship and Activation of Employment in the Municipality of Murcia' which seeks to improve the employability of people with difficulties of access and permanence in the labor market through entrepreneurship and improvement of planning and management capacity of small and very small businesses.
Thus, actions aimed at 20 companies will be carried out, with the aim of improving their position in the socio-economic environment and orientation in personnel training, innovation and internationalization and actions aimed at entrepreneurs, individuals and groups promoting the municipality.
The purpose is to ensure that they can be self-sufficient and competitive, in order to face the future with a guarantee of success.
The quantitative objective is the advice, accompaniment and follow-up of 65 promoters.
