The Vice-rectorate of Students, Internationalization and Sport of the University of Murcia (UMU), directed by Professor Carmen Ferrándiz, has organized a Solidarity December on the occasion of Christmas, in which many activities have been included.
The program will consist of the campaigns to collect clothes, toys and school supplies, as well as gifts, which have been centralized in the University Social Center (CSU), on the Espinardo campus.
In that same place a solidary market will be held on 19 and 20 December, in which a score of NGOs will collaborate.
The program also includes a photographic exhibition of solidarity campaigns that can be visited at the CSU until December 21, and a concert of the University Choir scheduled for the 12th of the same month, at 8:00 p.m. Theater Room of the Superior School of Dramatic Art.
