The City of Murcia has approved, at the request of the Department of Social Rights, a nominative grant to the Community Oblate Sisters of the Most Holy Redeemer who devotes his attention to women with a high level of social vulnerability and living in a situation of exclusion , task that develops together with professionals, volunteers and lay people.
The subsidy of 22,000 euros is for the development of the pre-employment skills course "Meet, Find and Find," in its edition for the year 2017. It is a pre-employment training course that uses a methodology of accompaniment in the processes of incorporation to the labor market, designing, together with women, individualized labor insertion itineraries and access to both public and private resources.
The recipients of the course are women over 18, immersed in contexts of risk or serious situation of social exclusion, some of them, with a basic level of Castilian and that present motivation for learning and to initiate a process of personal change, choosing it voluntarily and committed to regular attendance.
The specific objectives of this training action are:
Offer tools of self-knowledge favoring their autonomy.
Know the different skills necessary for social and labor insertion.
Design individualized insertion itineraries.
Provide basic tools for employment.
