In the course of the act, Monsignor Vincenzo Paglia, after emphasizing that it is essential that doctrine and pastoral work be united, and one can not be understood without the other, has warned in the implementation of these agreements that "it is important to give a new impulse to the scientific formation in the study of the marriage, the family and the life ", being fundamental that is shown that" the Catholic Church is friend of all the men, of all the cultures ", stating that" thanks to this agreement between our institution and the Catholic University of Murcia this training will reach all parts of the world, starting on the African continent. "

"
