¡ Mario Gómez has raised a plea to the Plenary to set up this working table where to provide solutions to the inconveniences that could cause a Special Plan wrongly raised
The spokesman for Citizens, Mario Gomez, has raised a plea to the plenary on Thursday requesting the constitution of a working table to analyze the compatibility of the modifications of the burial works with the Special Plan Pc-Mc-10 whose determinations imply a significant remodeling of the Carmen neighborhood.
"There have been many modifications approved in the initial project of the burial works, which must be consistent with the determinations of the approved urban planning, and these circumstances have to be considered", explained Gómez.
In this sense, the Orange spokesman has assured that "if we want to have an integral and cohesive, sustainable and livable city we have to face the challenge of correcting the effects of an uncontrolled urbanism, whose result has generated a chaotic and saturated city structure, poor basic services, unsustainable mobility and a high vulnerability to weather inclemencies, and especially, and almost always, against the desired rain. "
The urban planning policies of the PP -Gómez has emphasized- have not been able to avoid the confinement and the urban intensification of areas, with respect to those that we have the obligation to act, if we want a true economic development and a balanced social coexistence.
"From Cs", he stressed, "we believe we should anticipate future problems to avoid them, proposing solutions to the adverse effects that will result from stubborn aims and a wrong forecast in planning and approval.
For this reason, the spokesperson for Citizens has concluded, "it is essential that we sit down to analyze the feasibility and sustainability of the material development of the burial works and their legal compatibility with the approved ordination."
