The Councilor responsible for Education of the City of Murcia, Rafael Gomez, explained this morning that the cleaning service is currently provided in 116 public schools through two companies awarded the Service as Ferrovial Services, SA and Techniques and Integral Services Levante
"It should be noted that, without prejudice to the supervision of the winning company and internal control, the City Council inspects at all times the form of provision of the different services through its own personnel assigned to the inspection, control and monitoring, having resulted in different requirements to companies to correct deficiencies observed and the imposition of sanctions on the two merchants through agreements of the Governing Board, "said Gomez to the councilman of Cambiemos Murcia, Sergio Ramos.
For the purpose of strict compliance with the Service, the awardees are periodically required to rectify immediately the deficiencies detected or insufficient services provided, being able to claim what they deem appropriate in their right and giving rise, as the case may be, to the initiation of the corresponding sanctions, affecting both the provision of the Service and the personnel assigned to it by virtue of the provisions for the standard building in the aforementioned Specifications.
"The Technical Specifications that governs the contract establishes the frequency and periodicity of the Service, which is divided into Ordinary and Extraordinary, corresponding to the ordinary daily cleaning, cleaning every three days and weekly cleaning and as for the extraordinary holiday periods and cleaning summer, the contractor committing to extraordinary services due to circumstances such as accidents, floods and others ", added the councilor.
