This year a total of 16 wineries participate that will share their wines and tapas with the attendees of the event, which will start at 8pm and will run until 11pm.

"The Fair of the Wines of Jumilla is consolidated in Murcia with this second edition after the success of last year," said José Ballesta.

La Glorieta is the venue chosen this year to celebrate this Friday the II Fair of Jumilla Wines, organized by the Regulatory Board of Protected Designation of Origin Jumilla Wines, in collaboration with the City of Murcia.

The objective is to bring to the capital of the Region the best wines on earth to promote their knowledge and dissemination.

The mechanics of participation is simple.

Attendees must purchase for 5 € the cup specially recorded by the Jumilla PDO.

With it they can request at the tables of the participating wineries the wine that they prefer to taste of those that will be made available to them.

Between positions, the cup is emptied to continue tasting new wines along with those accompaniments chosen by each winery: cheese, nuts, ham and others.

The wine can be drunk or simply tasted, although not only, because the wineries accompany each glass with simple tapas.
