The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given its approval to the collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Murciano Institute of Social Action and the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of the Region of Murcia, and the Department of Social Rights to regulate the conditions and guarantees in the electronic exchange of data in closed environments.
It is an agreement that was born with the purpose of establishing the conditions and guarantees of the procedures and mandatory reports to be carried out by the Social Services Centers of Primary Care of the local entities in the procedures in which they participate in social services the competition of the Murciano Institute of Social Action (IMAS) and electronic exchange of data and documentation, in closed communication environments.
In this way, the SIUSS (Information System of Users of Social Services available in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the Unified System to SIUSS of the IMAS in the CARM (hereinafter, SUSI)) is configured as a electronic window environment, to be used as an indispensable tool in their daily work, by Social Services professionals in all those services of regional competence.
As explained by the Councilor for Social Rights, the City of Murcia is committed to
1) Request from the General Directorate of Family and Social Policies the authorization to use the SIUSS system, complete the procedures and mandatory reports through the SIUSS computer application, carry out the required procedures and reports, complying with the requirements established in the Administrative Procedure Law. Common of the Public Administrations or to incorporate to these procedures the electronic signature of the social worker of the Center of Social Services of the corresponding Local Entity.
2) Use the authorized cession, only for the purposes related to the electronic procedures of joint collaboration, respect, in the use of the information system of the Regional Public Administration, the Manual of use of electronic means for the personnel of the CARM, to carry out the necessary technical work and the provision of means to access the solutions adopted.
3) Maintain the necessary support services to guarantee the continuity of the collaboration, collaborate in the detection, diagnosis and resolution of incidents that are generated in the adopted solutions, assume and comply with the necessary security measures to adequately protect the information and systems used.
4) Guarantee the protection of personal data in the preparation of procedures and mandatory reports in procedures where there is collaboration.
The agreement has an expected duration of four years, which may be extended by agreement of the parties for four others, does not entail economic obligations.
