The International Chair of Women, Business and Sports of the UCAM and the Incyde Foundation have launched "EmFemenino: Women Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economic Sectors and New Market Opportunities", a free training program that begins on November 20 in the ITM Business Incubator that is aimed at businesswomen that seek to boost their business and consolidate it, improving profitability and evaluating expansion alternatives.
All this through a practical methodology, in individual and joint sessions where you can analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your company, develop a plan to improve production and competitiveness or design a business plan.
The second program, Smart Factory, Digital Transformation 4.0, organized by ITM and Fundación Incyde, begins on November 28 and addresses the new challenges facing a company.
Challenges such as the analysis of information, the adequacy of systems or the control of processes, without forgetting Big Data and the Internet of Things (IoT), which force companies to modify their working methods and interconnect all their departments .
The Smart Factory course addresses these challenges and delves into new business models, so it is aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs or teachers who are interested in applying these new concepts related to digital transformation.
