The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light to the collaboration agreement with the Asociación Murciana NERI by the Immigrants for the execution of the project that promotes the "Infrastructure, Activities and Basic Services of the NERI center and collective housing for immigrants".
As Councilor Conchita Ruiz explained, "the agreement is aimed at immigrants without domicile, through which it is intended to ensure coverage of their basic needs, through a shelter."
For this the City will allocate a game of 32,500 euros which shows the commitment of Social Rights with the most needy groups and associations working with them in all facets of care.
It should be noted that the number of direct users in the NERI Day Center, during 2016, exceeded 1,200, in addition to the Host Housing with capacity for 24 people.
