The objective is to facilitate the daily work of the municipal boards and of the presidents and presidents of the same in neighborhoods and districts.
This is one of the actions included in the package of measures adopted in recent months by the government of Mayor Ballesta to promote citizen participation and co-government of the city through neighborhood committees
The Governing Board has given its approval to the creation of the Pediatric Care Office, whose objective is to facilitate the daily work of the municipal boards and of the presidents and presidents thereof, helping and informing about the day's procedures a day between the different services and councils.
With today's approval, the corresponding administrative procedures for the creation in the municipal staff of the civil servant posts begin, which will be in charge of managing this new service, thus giving effect to a motion of the Plenary following the agreement reached by the Government Team and the municipal groups of the Popular Party and the Socialist Party.
Thanks to this unique office will reduce time in administrative processes and will facilitate access to all necessary information from the various municipal areas.
What is intended is to help the presidents of municipal councils can more efficiently perform the attention to their neighbors, facilitating their procedures.
This is one of the actions included in the package of measures to promote: citizen participation and co-government of the city through the neighborhood councils;
the impulse to decentralization and the support of the peonies, independently of their political color.
