The spokesman of Cs, Mario Go'mez, tomorrow request to the mayor to confirm if the Tax Agency is investigating a Plenary of 2007 in which, supposedly, councilors of the PP, PSOE and IU prevented with their vote the remunicipalización of Waters of Murcia, without count on the reports of the municipal legal services
The spokesman of Citizens and adviser of the public company of Waters of Murcia, Mario Gómez, will request this Wednesday an express requirement to the mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, to report on the veracity of the information published today in a media that relates Emuasa with the Pokémon case that instructs a judge from Lugo.
Gómez will ask the mayor of Murcia to confirm the existence of the reports referred to in the publication, as well as the possible consequences for the municipal water company and the actions that are planned to be carried out.
According to the information published today on the Onda Cero website, "the Tax Agency wants to identify all the councilors (PP, PSOE and IU) that were part of the municipal corporation that on September 27, 2007 voted in plenary session in favor of not exercising the preferential acquisition right that corresponded to the City of Murcia in relation to the sale of shares corresponding to the private capital of the company AGUAS and SANEAMIENTOS DE MURCIA SA due to the internal restructuring of the AGBAR group ".
"The investigators", according to this medium, "have discovered that they relied on this decision, not on an opinion from the municipal legal services, but on an opinion signed by two employees of the EMUASA company and, therefore, labor dependents of the managing director of the company, José Albaladejo (director of Hidrogea).
Neither does it appear in the dossier a report on the economic solvency of the new water company or, apparently, the terms in which the sale was made ".
