Fervor and devotion among the thousands of attendees at the Magna Procesión held this afternoon in the streets of Murcia on the occasion of the celebration of the III International Congress of Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods organized by the UCAM and the Cabildo Superior de Cofradías de Murcia.
A total of sixteen thrones from the towns of Cartagena, Cieza, Jumilla, Yecla, Caravaca, Santomera, Lorquí and the city of Murcia, have toured the streets of the capital of the region.
Sizes, all of them, work of sculptors from Murcia and dating, the oldest of the late fifteenth century, the Holy Christ of Health, until the most recent, as is the pass of San Juan, and the XXI century.
It should be noted that the processional procession has been integrated by a total of 3,000 people, including members of the cofradia, portapasos, presidencies and musicians.
As for authorities, José Luis Mendoza, president of the UCAM, Ramón Sánchez Parra, president of the Cabildo Superior de Cofradías, as well as various civil, military and ecclesiastical authorities, participated in the procession.
