The Councilor for Employment, Tourism and Culture, Jesus Pacheco, attended the second session of 'The Lunches of Tourism', a new training program aimed at companies and distinguished services with the Tourism Quality Commitment, which was held in the Museum of the City
On this occasion, general aspects have been addressed on which to build sustainable tourism, and different technological applications and tools have been presented that facilitate the lives of people with disabilities, in order to enhance Murcia as an accessible tourist destination that responds and adapts better to everyone's needs.
This seeks to improve the care offered to people with disabilities and their families in different establishments and tourist services.
Simultaneously, a lunch was served with the participation of the students of the Murcia Emplea municipal catering school.
The recipients of these 'Lunches of tourism' are companies and services of Murcia distinguished with the Tourism Quality Commitment and in this session has been assisted by Teresa Lajarin, secretary of the Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities and their families of the Region of Murcia and president of the accessibility commission.
