The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, presented this morning, along with members of the Murcia Athletics Club, the 8th edition of the race 10 kilometers Ciudad de Murcia Hipercor, which is part of the VI 3x2 Circuit and will be held this Sunday at 11.00 in the Plaza de la Cruz Roja.
The test that will be carried out in an urban section, one of 10 kilometers for the categories that include junior to veterans, with the option of only the first round (4,800 meters), a 1,600 meter test, for the Infant and Cadet categories, and 700 meters for Benjamins and Alevines.
About 500 participants are expected and registrations can be made on the website www.camurcia.com throughout the day for an amount of 20 euros.
The route of this 10-kilometer race begins with the starting line at Plaza de Cruz, passing through Teniente Flomesta Avenue, through Martínez Tornel Square, Gran Vía Escultor Francisco Salzillo to Plaza de la Fuensanta and back to Plaza Martinez Tornel , Avenida Teniente Flomesta, crossing the Miguel Caballero Bridge, Rio Segura Avenue, Volunteers Square, Infante Don Juan Manuel Avenue until Puente de la Fica and back to Plaza Voluntarios to finish at the Nuevo Bridge, where the first round ends.
After this, the march continues through the Plaza de Cruz Roja, Ronda de Garay to the Courthouse and goes around to Plaza de Voluntarios and repeats the first round until crossing Puente Nuevo and reaching the finish line at the Jardín Chino.
