"In the Collaboration Agreement between the City of Murcia and the social centers for the elderly, the conditions are established for a technical and economic collaboration, and among the basic tasks of the administrative management of the association of older people who manage the centers is the "hiring of services for internal use", explained the councilor.

Conchita Ruiz also wanted to explain that the "procedure for contracting services is marked by the Statutes of the centers, the Rules of the Internal Regime and by the regulations in force at the fiscal and labor level."
