The CreaMurcia Contest already has winners in the category of Short and Documentary.
The Municipal Center Puertas de Castilla hosted last Friday the screening of the 8 selected works out of a total of 36 presented.
The jury, composed of the Councilor for Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Pérez, Dany Campos, José Manuel Carrasco, Salvador Serrano as technicians and Juan Albaladejo, Head of Program of Cultural and Educational Dynamization, decided after the screening of the short films and documentaries highlight 'Rumiaciones', by Álvaro López Albaladejo, as first prize.
To this were added the distinctions, in the form of an accésit, received by Ricardo Ibáñez Ruiz and Irene Palacios Quesada, for 'Marta-94' and '40 milligrams'.
As for the amount of the prizes, highlight the first of 1,500 euros and two runners-up of 500 euros each to which is added the edition of a DVD with the short films awarded.
In addition, "the awarded works will have the possibility of participating in the next Biennial of Young Creators of Europe and the Mediterranean, place for the exhibition and diffusion of the best works of Murcia creators," stressed Councilor Rebeca Pérez.
