The Governing Board has approved the articulated draft of the Municipal Ordinance Regulating Vados in which the Government Team and municipal political parties have been working for months and will now be exposed in the Transparency Portal so that the Murcia can submit their suggestions
This new regulation will offer a greater agility in the procedures and the elimination of 'sine die' bonds.
This way, the administrative procedure is updated according to the state legislation, since the current one is of 1980, and since then, have been notable normative changes which will entail more speed in the formalities.
Thus, it will no longer be necessary to provide a bond as a prerequisite to obtaining the authorization, but only for cases in which, in order to obtain a ford, it is necessary to carry out works of adaptation of sidewalk or curb, the work will be guaranteed with a guarantee that will be returned 6 months after its execution.
In cases where the sidewall recess or curb adjustment already exists, no guarantee is required.
In addition, the change of ownership will be more agile as it will be done through a responsible declaration meeting minimum requirements to access it.
Those procedures initiated to obtain a ford which at the time of entry into force of the new ordinance are in process, will be resolved under the new regulatory framework since it is more favorable in all its articles than the one that would be repealed of 1980.
