This past night poles have been demolished, methacrylate screens and their supports have been destroyed, as well as eliminating locking nuts on 30 other piles.
In addition to damage to roads and burial sites, harassing actions have been taking place in private homes every night for more than a month.
The burial works have suffered again in the night of today new acts of vandalism.
This is the fourth time in just over a month in which attacks against machinery and material means related to previous actions for the elimination of train tracks, as well as harassment actions against private homes that recur every night.
Regarding the events that occurred this morning, according to the police report, at 4.30 a call is received in 092 from a neighbor on the street Orilla de la Vía informing that he had heard a loud noise in front of his house and which, when peeking out, had observed several support posts and screens protecting the burial works lying on the ground and destroyed.
Once in place, the policemen check that there is a pole knocked down on the road, another half-way, supported by its upper end to the adjacent pole, two screens of methacrylate with two leaves each lying on the ground and shattered, and 35 supports of concrete walls of about 4 meters in length by about 80 centimeters in height divided in half.
In addition, there are another 30 posts that have been removed from the rear locking nuts, with the presumable intention of overturning them as soon as possible.
Scientific Police has visited the place to carry out a photographic report and gather the necessary evidence for the investigation.
Nearly six weeks of violence and harassment
The events produced last night are the fourth night of vandalism, in addition to the actions of harassment that practically every day occur before the private homes of public offices.
On September 12, hooded men set fire to two machines used in the burial works that were located on a plot between Limonar and Pintor Saura Pacheco streets.
A large backhoe was burned, whose cabin burned, and another medium carrier, which was practically destroyed as a result of intentional fire.
Later, on the 29th, two trucks suffered a fire along the pass at the level of Senda de los Garres.
The third night of events was on Mars October 3.
The vandalism seriously affected the placement of the acoustic screens and the works being carried out, as well as interrupting rail traffic for several days in the region.
Some people have already had to testify in court for these facts.
The company awarded these works has already warned on more than one occasion that they could consider abandoning the works.
In that case, the burial of the tracks would not be carried out.
