The University of Murcia (UMU) will host tomorrow, October 20, the II Conference: Challenges for a Transparent Society, "which will take place at 9:00 am in the Hemicycle of the Faculty of Letters, Merced, organized jointly with the Council of Transparency of the Region of Murcia and the Circle of Economy.
In the opening act will take part the rector, Jose Orihuela;
the Vice-rector of Social Responsibility, Transparency and Equality, María del Carmen López Aniorte, and the president of the Council, José Molina.
The conference includes a conference on transparency, social psychology and ethical culture in companies, led by Santiago Álvarez, Secretary General of the UMU, and Ramón Pueyo, partner in the Government, Risk and Compliance area of ​​KPMG.
There will also be two round tables, on presidents and commissioners of transparency and academic specialists.
Finally, UMU professor Fernando Jiménez and the president of Transparency International, José Carlos Ugaz, will talk about the fight against corruption from civil society.
