The Councilor for Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gomez, has denied the statements made by the Cambiemos spokesman regarding the implementation of the rent housing program, since 'had he asked for information he would have known that the Board of Government will approve the regulatory bases of the call for subsidies the following day.
After several months of work by the housing commission, in which all the municipal groups are represented, and once the municipal budgets are executives, a green light will be given to the regulations.
"All this is well known. Let us change, since your Spokesman has attended these meetings and even submitted an allegation to the bases, which, moreover, has been incorporated into the final text," says Gómez.
That is why it is surprising that it is so inopportune and, on the one hand, involved in the drafting of the bases and, on the other hand, it means that there has been procrastination.
The Housing owner has denied that the money provided for this program has been lost.
"The budget has not been in force until a few weeks ago, which prevented the approval of subsidies, as Cambiemos representatives should know," he added.
As soon as this requirement has been solved and Intervention has authorized it, the file is still in progress and has been included in the agenda of the next Governing Board.
