The Councilor for Youth and Development Cooperation of the City of Murcia, Rebeca Pérez, and the Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, attended this morning to the inauguration of the exhibition "Paintings" and the photographic exhibition "Person" , which will be shown from 17 to 20 October in the Youth Space 585 m² in Murcia.
Both exhibitions are sponsored by the association AFES, Association of Families and People with Mental Illness, and are composed of works done by the users of the Association.
The painting exhibition is made by all users, Murcia and Las Torres de Cotillas, with a free theme in which they reflect their point of view of what surrounds them.
On the other hand, in the photographic works, each one of them reflects a mini biography in which they include different aspects of its personality.
A work that is completed with a set of talks that will be given to groups of college and university days 18, 19 and 20 in that same space.
A work that has been carried out during the year in various Institutes of the municipality with which it is intended to raise awareness among adolescents and children about the prevention of mental illness at an early age.
