The Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture has launched 'Lunches of tourism', a new training program aimed at companies and services distinguished with the Commitment of Tourism Quality, in order to extend and consolidate the culture of quality.
This first edition, which begins next Wednesday at the Museum of Science under the title 'Resources and tourist attractions in the municipality of Murcia', includes three training actions to be developed in municipal museums and which will address the needs of different sub-sectors that make up the Integral System of Spanish Tourist Quality in Destinations in the municipality of Murcia.
The aim of this initiative is the integral and permanent management of the quality of the services and products offered to the tourists who visit the city, offering companies and services distinguished with the Commitment of Tourism Quality new formative actions that help them in the process of Continuous improvement.
This training action offered in the format of workshop lunch is intended to make more feasible the assistance of microentrepreneurs and businesses with little staff so the hours are from 14:30 to 16:30 hours.
The attendance is free, although limited to 25 people, and will be offered a lunch that will count on the participation of the students of the municipal school of hostelry Murcia Employee.
