The Board of Governors has approved the specifications to contract the Municipal Tourist Information Service, with a maximum budget of the contract of 503.501,32 euros and a duration of two years.
The bidders will have to manage the Tourist Information Point of the Belluga Square and another one that they propose, although the proposal of additional booths and counters of Tourist Information will be valued.
They will also have to indicate how they are going to organize the service, detailing the proposal of schedules to the public, calendar, service coverage planning, management and activity development, and protocols of attention and information to the visitor specifying the procedure of reception and attention to tourists and visitors (on-site, telephone, postal mail and internet).
In addition, they will have to provide the system and protocols for collecting data and tourist information, indicating the sources and systems of documentation and collection of tourist data and monumental, artistic, hotel, catering, leisure and other permanent services such as temporary (cultural and leisure programs, events, festivals, parties ...).
Likewise, the proposal will contain the implementation of databases and statistics for the collection of tourist and visitor information containing data of origin, email addresses, measurements and periodicity, indicating the complaint management systems, complaints and quality surveys .
It is also necessary to include the proposal of discharge, management and maintenance in social networks of the profile of municipal tourist information with planning, contents and diffusion.
