The City of Murcia has maintained with the City of Logroño cooperative relations, in order to promote the development of culture and art among young people.
A collaboration that began in 2016 and which continues to reaffirm the need to 'weave networks' that enrich the cultural heritage and support for creators who begin to show their work in the artistic landscape.
That is why the Councilor for Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Pérez, has received the Councilor for Mayor, Sports and Youth of the city of La Rioja, Javier Merino, who is in Murcia accompanying Scarlett Rose, the band of Logroño that will act as a guest artist tonight at the Puerta Falsa in the song semi-finals of author CreaMurcia and combines classic, modern and contemporary elements of great artists and music composed from the eighteenth century until the mid 60's with electronic touches.
Within the framework of this agreement, the City of Logroño invited the winning group of the CreaMurcia 2017 Municipal Contest, in the form of Pop-Rock Music, "Adios Nicole", to participate, together with local artists, in the program of concerts "Parrilla Rock ", inside the parties of San Mateo.

A collaboration that began in September 2016, when the group Purple Elephant participated in the programming of Grille 2016;
and in the first days of the month of October of that same year the logroñeses Fake Teddy acted in the Hall Falsa of Murcia, in the end of the musical contest of the festival CreaMurcia.
As Rebeca Pérez reminded us, "with this link we foster the exchange of creation and the constant networking of young local artists, but it also implies a close relationship between professionals from the youth area of ​​different administrations and associations and groups.
