The Governing Board has given approval to the project and specifications to contract the paving works of the streets Alamo and Spruce of the urbanization The Rectors.
These vials are located on both sides of a kindergarten and a garden that are separated by a cobblestone street.
Therefore, it is going to proceed to equal these streets to the existing one, elevating the roadway to sidewalk level and pavement with cobblestone, maintaining the car parks and obtaining a safer pedestrian circulation and aesthetic and functional aspect more appropriate to the environment of the garden existing.
The sidewalks that surround the garden will also be renovated to suit the existing ones.
In the streets to be renovated, the existing sidewalks will be demolished and the agglomerate pavement will be milled in areas where there is no quota.
In addition, it is planned to place a waterproofing sheet on the facades to prevent future rain leaks and has taken into account the leveling of logs and chests, the replacement of vertical and horizontal signaling and, in general, repair and replacement of the services affected by the works.
This project has been prepared by the Department of Development at the request of the pedestrian mayor of El Puntal.
The maximum price is fixed at 98,125 euros and the execution period is three months.
