The spokeswoman of the Municipal Socialist Group, Susana Hernández, has called Wednesday to the government of Ballesta "to implement the necessary measures to create in the municipality an Observatory for Children."

Hernández has indicated that, with a Childhood Observatory, the City of Murcia could accurately define actions for the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
"In addition, a more detailed diagnosis of the situation of children in Murcia would encourage greater coordination with other administrations to ensure that the necessary actions can be carried out in this area."
