The book "Mediterranean diet with the tricks of the grandmothers" reaches the shelves to spread the gastronomic heritage of Murcia (29/09/2017)

The councilors of the City of Murcia Lola Sánchez and Conchita Ruiz, accompanied this morning Josefa Vivancos Cerezo, neighbor of the district of Llano de Brujas and Local Police of the municipality, as well as writer, during the presentation of the book "Mediterranean diet with the tricks of the grandmothers ".

This is a compilation of recipes carried out by this local police who carry out their tasks in the barracks of Alquerías, "which have been transmitted for decades and generations in Murcia homes, which will ensure their continuity," has highlighted the author.

The text bets on the ingredients of the earth as a basis for a balanced diet.
