The City of Murcia, through the Department of Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, and Terra Natura join to celebrate next Sunday, October 1, the International Day of Older People.
Throughout this day, those over 60 will have free admission to the park of animals and nature, with the possibility of enjoying the different activities scheduled.
From the raptor show to the sea lions show, all the activities that take place on Terra Natura are aimed at all ages.
The same happens with the facilities, completely accessible and adapted for different publics with different mobility needs.
In addition, for that day, Terra Natura will host a guided exhibition on the evolution of Darwin, organized in collaboration with Eco Ambiental.
In it, we will talk about the evolution of the animal species using explanations for osteological material.
The opening hours will be the usual, from 10.00 to 18.00 hours and people who prove to be over 60 at the lockers, will access the park for free.
Throughout this week, in coordination with the Department of Social Rights, this activity is being made known in the different centers of older people of the municipality, with the aim of having the greatest impact possible and can enjoy this day with which is commemorated the "Mayor's Day".
