The general director of Citizen Security and Emergencies, José Ramón Carrasco, and the Councilor for Traffic, Safety and Citizen Protection of the City of Murcia, María Dolores Sánchez, agreed today to advance in coordination between the municipal emergency services of Murcia and the Center of Emergencies 1-1-2 Region of Murcia.

Thus, it was decided to elaborate a calendar for the integration in the computer platform of emergency management of the 1-1-2 of the Service of Extinction of Fire and Rescue and of Civil Protection of the City council of Murcia.

Likewise, it has been studied the possibility of developing a collaboration agreement between both institutions so that local police of the whole Region can make shooting practices in the premises of the local Police of Murcia.

The Regional Emergency Center 1-1-2 Region of Murcia attended a total of 408,712 cases in 2016, of which 145,174 corresponded to the municipality of Murcia, that is, 35.5 percent of the regional total.
