The International University of the Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum, announces in its programming, the conference-course "Cabra murciano-granadina and cordero segureño: health and production, a current vision", to be held from 5 to 7 October in the locality of Campos del Río.
The aim of the activity is to transmit the latest innovations in production, health and nutrition in small ruminants to veterinarians, technicians and breeders of the sector, future veterinary professionals and technologists and general public.
It will also address issues of zoonosis control and food safety, which are of great social interest.
A special mention will be made of the Goat Murciano-Granadina and Cordero Segureño, of great importance in our Region, and concretely in Campos del Río, site of the course.
The address is given by Cristina Cuello Medina, professor of the Faculty of Vetrerinaria of the University of Murcia, Department of Medicine and Animal Surgery.
The course lasts for 25 hours, and those who enroll will be eligible for 2'5 free configuration credits or 1 CRAU credit.
