The Governing Board has approved to request to the Employment and Training Service the Mixed Program of Employment-Training for the unemployed seeking to influence the improvement of the employment situation of the young jobseekers on the one hand, and qualifying and retraining the unemployed from 25 to 54 years old, on the other.
For this reason, a new project of the Joint Employment-Training Program for young people under 25 (PMEF-JV) has been carried out by the Employment Service, aimed at the construction, in several phases, of the new FICA Edificio Anexo CCT) which will provide it with six training rooms ranging from 48 m2 to 58 m2, a workshop room of 91 m2 and a management room (computing) of 58 m2, equipped with audiovisual and telecommunications equipment.
The classroom will also have feminine, male and disabled toilets;
reception, administration office, coordination office, archive, warehouses, cleaning room and facilities room.
In this project we intend to qualify 40 students working in the specialties of Masonry Factories (8 students-as workers), Auxiliary operations of continuous coatings under construction (8 students / workers), Plumbing and heating operations (8 students / as- workers), Assembly and maintenance of low voltage electrical installations (8 students / as workers), and Carpentry and furniture (8 students / as workers)
The total calculation of the total cost of the project is € 859,274.00, requesting from the SEF, for the realization of the same, a grant of € 459,274.00 and the rest is financed by the City.
The total project duration of 12 months from the start.
On the other hand, the City of Murcia proposes the Gastro-Tourism V Project that will contribute to improving the occupancy of 38 unemployed people in the municipality of Murcia, through their training and professional qualification, in a booming sector such as hospitality.
The quality training will enable the unemployed to qualify to intensify their employability in the different tourist sectors generating employment and with a future in the Region of Murcia.
The training to be given is linked to the certificates of professionalism of the Professional Family of Hospitality and Tourism as Cooking (15 students / workers), Bar and Cafeteria services (13 students / workers) and Operations basic in apartments and accommodation (10 students / workers)
The effective work and professional practices of the three specialties will be carried out in the Facilities of the School of Hospitality Murcia Employ, in the Training Center and Employment Initiatives of El Palmar
The total calculation of the total cost of the project is 994,827.30 euros and SEF will be asked to grant a grant of 594,827.30 euros to carry out the project, while the rest will be financed by the City Council.
