The orange formation blames irresponsible to the local PP for authorizing the facilities of the fair without having evidence that the enclosure meets all the safety requirements that marks the Law

"It is not a receipt," Gómez said, "that after a month that we asked for the plans for self-protection and evacuation of the fairground, in the middle of the holidays, and with these fully functioning, the councilor in charge responds that" information".

A situation that - in the opinion of the spokesperson of Cs - shows that the permits and authorizations of the fairground have been given without having verified that it meets all the security requirements established by the Law, so we do not know if the City is guaranteeing the due protection to users.

In view of the response offered by the mayor Jesús Pacheco, the spokesman for the Orange Training has requested a meeting with the general director of Citizen Security and Emergencies, José Ramón Carrasco de la Sierra;

and Maria Fernanda Arbaizar, with the purpose of analyzing this situation and requesting the self-protection plans that "we understand should have been registered in said General Directorate".

"José Ballesta," said Gómez, "has to understand that if security measures against attacks are important, protection for users of attractions and visitors to the site is also important."

In this regard, he said that "we hope that the local government takes into account these circumstances and approve the implementation of a municipal ordinance regulating the correct implementation of these events in our municipality."

Finally, the orange training has also requested the plans for self-protection of the facilities of the Malecon Gardens, information they expect to receive.
