For about an hour and a half, attendees learn how to make some of the most typical dishes of Murcia cuisine.
Thus, today have made summer sausage, aletiría stew and paparajotes, while tomorrow will make a menu consisting of pisto, stew gurullos and fritters.
"These days are the prelude to the Fourth Exhibition of Products of the Garden that will take place this next weekend with the installation of a varied market of organic products of the Huerta, in the Plan of San Francisco," said the mayor.
These days, especially aimed at young people, are organized by the Department of Commerce and Institutional Relations and the gastronomy of the Federation of Peñas Huertanas, with the collaboration of the Department of Youth and Development Cooperation.
