The Plaza de San Agustín will be the stage, next Sunday, September 10, starting at 7.30 pm, the second edition of the event 'Murcia cavalcade' that will combine equestrian and flamenco art.
The show, under the name 'Patria Bella', is organized thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture and the Club Aros and will be broadcast via streaming on the YouTube channel of Aros.
It is a Murcian production with original idea and screenplay by Isabel Hernández, director of the Aros Horse Riding Club, with the collaboration of Carlos Piñana.
The horses will dance with the music of Carlos Piñana (guitar flamenco soloist), Rainer María Zehetbauer (second guitar) and Miguel Ángel Orengo (percussion) accompanied by Cristóbal Muñoz and Agustín Garnés (palmas), Compañía de Carmen and Matilde Rubio (dance) and Coral Discantus (voices).
Councilor Jesús Pacheco explained that "Murcia Horse Ride attracts the eyes of the artistic and tourist public to claim the culture and art of Murcia and has great national and international circulation in different specialized journals such as Pura Raza Spain or Spanish horse lineages for USA" .
The show consists of five pieces that constitute this story full of romanticism, strength and passion, where the horse is the main protagonist.
In total, nine horses, five dancers and more than forty musicians will participate with artistic representatives from Lithuania, China and Mexico
The event will be attended by such personalities as the writer Eliseo Ferrer and the flamenco dancer Farruquito.
