The Catholic University of San Antonio has organized a seminar on Roman Cinema in the Museum of the Roman Theater for 12 September, just a few days before the city is filled with Carthaginians and Romans in commemoration of the Second Punic Wars.
Those interested in participating in this activity on the vision of the seventh art from the point of view of the Roman civilization can already point this event with which at 17:00 hours will visit the Roman Theater of Cartagena and its Museum, to Later on at 6:30 p.m.- listen to the lecture by the UCAM Cinema Professor José Mª Sesé, after which a colloquium with the audience will be opened, moderated by the former President of the Federation of Carthaginians and Romans, Tomás Martínez Pagán .

The chosen environment for the development of this seminar is located in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, next to the building of shows built between the year 5 and 1 BC, which had a capacity for 7,000 spectators.
In this way, UCAM continues to contribute to boost cultural activity and dissemination of the history of Cartagena, an action that has strengthened since the opening three years ago of its University Campus in the Cartagena neighborhood of Los Dolores.
This activity is promoted by the Foundation of the Roman Theater of Cartagena and the Federation of Troops and Legions, which celebrates the Carthaginians and Romans in the second half of September.
